Connecting people
We are Malin, Borre and Steef, three people who believe in the power of human connection. And three people who believe in the power of creativity. We try to combine exactly that, bringing people together in a relax creative environment. Stockholm is our first chapter. What started as a successful concept in Amsterdam, has now grown into 10+ cities across Europe Paint and Sip. Stockholm is our first Swedish chapter.
Why painting in the dark?
We aim to help people create new connections, and that is simply much easier while painting. Even more so in an intimate, dark environment where you are free to make your own creation. You are so busy with your hands that you won't even notice that you are speaking freely with your newly met neighbor. The new connections might last a night, they might last a lifetime. Both are fine.
A good time for everyone
Meeting new people and trying something unexpected can feel nerve-wracking. With a host and art instructor by your side, we take away the awkwardness and make room for laughter, music, and a painting you'll be proud to take home.
Solo-friendly
We always hold back spare tickets for people cool enough to come to one of our events alone. Yes, even when an event appears sold out. So, if you ever feel lonely and want to do something, just shoot us a message, and we will get you a ticket! Solitary evenings are part of the Rembrandt DNA.

Can I join a Rembrandt by Night night solo?
Yes, and you would not be the only one. We even keep a few spare tickets for people who want to come solo. Message us, and we will sort it out (even when a night looks sold out). Rembrandt by Night is about fun, stepping out of your comfort zone, human connection, and trying something new in a judgment-free room. Riding solo is a big part of that.
What is Rembrandt by Night?
At Rembrandt by Night, we host creative Paint & Sip nights centered on one idea: have fun. It is not about the perfect masterpiece, it is about trying something new, meeting people, and glowing under black lights. What started with a few sessions in Amsterdam has grown to nights across Europe. Stockholm is our Swedish home base: neon paint, zero art experience required.
Which language is spoken during the event?
Our sip and paint events run mainly in English since we also welcome quite some international guests. Our hosts and instructors mostly also speak Swedish (and often more languages), so personal help in Swedish is never a problem, just ask.
